i need someone to look at these two web-sites, lawyers weekly.com and f.a.m.m..com (families against manditory minimums) and see whats the deal with the passing of a bill that reduced the crack cocaine to powder cocaine ratio from 100 to 1, to 18 to 1. i heard it on the radio yesterday, but i only caught the end of the story.
